Refund policy
If you wish to refund or exchange your purchase because you no longer want/need it, we will not be able to offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We will not be canceling or altering any orders made.
If your product has arrived damaged please refer to the damages section below.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.kirani.collections@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
If your jewelry arrived with a piece or pieces missing but the links/jump rings and missing pieces are in the package, it indicates that the courier company did not handle the package with care and either dropped it or mishandled it.
All damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving the package for the claim to be valid.
In circumstances like this, although the courier company is responsible for the damage incurred to the product, we will do our best to help you. Most often when pieces have come off but are still in the package, along with the jump rings/links, we will instruct you on how to repair it. This solution would not only be the quickest and most effective, but it will also mean that you will not need to worry about shipping the product back to us so we can send you a replacement. Upon emailing us we will show you how to fix the problem (and it is usually an easy fix).
If the items have arrived fully damaged and irreparable, we will recompense you the order either fully or send you a new item. However, the final decision is subject to our approval.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless damaged and not stated in the listing)
Exchanges

If your parcel is not able to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply to re-deliver the goods to the correct address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchage or Refund due to Sizing
Standard sizing applies to our products. We will not be liable to accept any return of standard sized products on the ground that the sizing does not meet Your expectations / requirements as product descriptions have dimensions of products listed (bangles).
