We appreciate your support and want to be transparent about our return and refund process. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if: The product arrives damaged during shipment

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info.kirani.collections@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. 

If you do not contact us within 2 days with photo evidence, your return will not be accepted.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.


Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for the following reasons:

Change of mind after placing an order

You no longer want or need the item

The item doesn’t suit your personal preference

The item doesn’t fit. Accurate sizing details are provided in each product description. If you are unsure or concerned about sizing, it is the customer’s responsibility to make the necessary enquiries before placing an order.

Any damage caused by normal wear and tear

Discounted or sale items — all sale purchases are final and not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes any items purchased using discount codes or items marked as clearance. These are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

We do not cancel or alter orders once they are placed, so please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

Nose rings

Earrings

Any other intimate or pierced jewelry

We also cannot accept returns on sale items, unless they arrive damaged and the damage was not disclosed in the product listing.

Damages

If your jewelry arrives with parts detached but the missing pieces (like jump rings or links) are found inside the package, this likely means the item was mishandled during shipping. In such cases, while the damage is caused by the courier, we’re still here to help.

🕒 All damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for review. Please email us at info.kirani.collections@gmail.com with clear photos of the item, packaging, and any loose components.

If the item is repairable and all necessary parts are included, we will provide simple, step-by-step instructions to help you reattach the pieces. This is often the fastest and most convenient solution, allowing you to enjoy your jewelry without waiting for a replacement or dealing with return shipping.

If the item arrives fully damaged and beyond repair, we will either:

Issue a full refund, or

Send a replacement item

All damage claims are carefully reviewed, and the final decision will be made at our discretion based on the condition of the item.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want or need it. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before checking out.


Delivery Issues

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package re-delivered to the correct address. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your statement.
